font-size: 12pt;\">2-3 dl de nata l\u00edquida y agua( o bien leche y agua)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cucharadas y media (38 ml) de cebolla amarilla picada fina<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Media cucharada (7,5 ml) de galleta picada o pan rallado<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2 patatas hervidas y fr\u00edas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">4-5 cucharadas (60-75 ml) de mantequilla, margarina o aceite<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sal, pimienta blanca y pimienta de Jamaica. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Preparaci\u00f3n <\/b><\/span><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">En dos cucharadas (30 ml) de mantequilla bien derretida, sofre\u00edr la cebolla hasta que obtenga un color amarillo dorado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Chafar las patatas y humedecer la galleta picada con un poco de agua.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Mezclar todos los ingredientes hasta conseguir una masa de carne picada homog\u00e9nea y f\u00e1cil de trabajar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sazonar bien con sal, pimienta blanca y un poco de pimienta de Jamaica pasada por el mortero, si as\u00ed se desea.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Dar forma a la masa de carne picada con un par de cucharadas pasadas por agua a fin de conseguir unas alb\u00f3ndigas relativamente grandes y redondas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cucharada de harina de trigo<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sal y pimienta blanca<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Preparaci\u00f3n <\/b><\/span><\/h6>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Dentro de la misma sart\u00e9n donde hemos fre\u00eddo las alb\u00f3ndigas, a\u00f1adir un par de decilitros de agua (o caldo) hirviendo y batir hasta conseguir ligar un jugo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Pasar el jugo por un colador y diluir con nata. Si lo cree conveniente, espesar con harina de trigo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sazonar bien la preparaci\u00f3n.
