Yakisoba o fideos fritos al estilo japon\u00e9s. \u00a1Ligeros, buen\u00edsimos y muy f\u00e1ciles de hacer!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Los productos especiales podr\u00e1s encontrarlos f\u00e1cilmente en un supermercado asi\u00e1tico. \u00bfOs apetece? \u00a1Empecemos!<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2 ajos<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 cebolleta<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bc de col<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1 zanahoria<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Brotes de soja<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Cerdo en tiras<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sal y pimienta<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Salsa Yakisoba<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Aceite vegetal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Fideos para Yakisoba (Tambi\u00e9n podr\u00edan servir pasta de Udon o Ramen)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Un chupito de Sake<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">(Los productos como la salsa Yakisoba, el sake y los fideos puedes encontrarlos en supermercados asi\u00e1ticos)<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ventajon.com\/tiendas-online\/products\/ventajon\/set-de-cuchillos-knices-innovagoods-5-piezas?product_id=11661\">Picamos el ajo<\/a>. Y cortamos en trozos medianos o tiras la cebolleta, la col y la zanahoria. Las reservamos para m\u00e1s tarde.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">En una sart\u00e9n a fuego fuerte, a\u00f1adimos un poco de aceite vegetal y fre\u00edmos los fideos para Yakisoba. Cuando est\u00e9n bien tostados les damos la vuelta. Para ayudar a que se separen bien, a\u00f1adimos un poco de Sake.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Cuando est\u00e9n bien separados, los apartamos a un lado<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ventajon.com\/tiendas-online\/products\/ventajon\/sarten-wok-quid-hydra-aluminio-%C3%B8-28-cm?product_id=13211\"> de la sart\u00e9n<\/a>, a\u00f1adimos un poco m\u00e1s de aceite y salteamos el cerdo junto con el ajo picado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Agregamos la col, la zanahoria, salpimentamos y lo salteamos hasta que las verduras se ablanden un poco.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A\u00f1adimos los brotes de soja, la cebolleta y la salsa Yakisoba, lo mezclamos todo bien, salteamos un minuto m\u00e1s y est\u00e1 listo para servir. \u00a1ITADAKIMASU!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Konnichiwa!
