As\u00ed podr\u00e1s adaptarte a todos tus invitados o simplemente para probar sabores diferentes. \u00bfPreparados? \u00a1Empezamos!<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Ingredientes masa (1 pizza grande o dos peque\u00f1as)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 calabaza horneada (la partimos y la horneamos unos 20 min y la trituramos hasta formar un pur\u00e9)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 taza y \u00bd de harina de quinoa (si no encuentras puedes triturar quinoa hasta que te quede en forma de polvo)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cucharada de caf\u00e9 de bicarbonato<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cucharada de caf\u00e9 de or\u00e9gano<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cucharada de caf\u00e9 de albahaca<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cucharada de caf\u00e9 de sal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">3 cucharadas de lino molido<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Mezclamos bien todos los ingredientes secos y le a\u00f1adimos el pur\u00e9 de calabaza.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Amasamos bien y con paciencia hasta que quede una bola compacta pero manejable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">La trabajamos y estiramos encima de una palangana y la horneamos 10 min a 200\u00baC.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Ingredientes cobertura<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">140gr de col rizada y espinacas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Un pu\u00f1ado de nueces<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Aceite de oliva<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 o 2 dientes de ajo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Pimienta<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Verduras al gusto. Nosotros le echaremos champi\u00f1ones, tomate fresco y aceitunas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Hacemos la col rizada y las espinacas al vapor (con una vaporera o una olla con agua y un colador). Se hacen en 3-4 minutos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Agregamos la col rizada y las espinacas al vapor en otro recipiente, le a\u00f1adimos nueces, el aceite de oliva, uno o dos dientes de ajo, sal y pimienta al gusto. Trituramos y ya tenemos el pesto que servir\u00e1 de salsa para nuestra pizza veggie.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Sacamos las masas del horno, le agregamos nuestro pesto y le a\u00f1adimos las verduras escogidas y el or\u00e9gano.Lo metemos en el horno durante 15 min m\u00e1s a 200\u00baC y, \u00a1listo! \u00a1TAXAAAN!
