Cambia la receta depende de la casa en que se hagan, y todas las abuelas tienen la suya propia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Yo hoy te dejo una que me convence mucho y es bastante fiel a la receta original. \u00bfUnas frikadellen?<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Ingredientes: <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">500 gramos de carne picada, pod\u00e9is poner solo tenera, solo cerdo o mitad ternera y mitad cerdo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cebolla<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 trozo de pan del d\u00eda anterior<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Leche<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cucharada grande de mostaza<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Or\u00e9gano<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Pimienta negra molida<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Aceite de oliva virgen o virgen extra para fre\u00edr<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Preparaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Ponemos el pan con la leche<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Picamos la cebolla y la pochamos en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">En un recipiente ponemos la carne picada, a\u00f1adimos la mostaza, un poco de or\u00e9gano, sal, pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida, la cebolla que acabamos de pochar y el pan mojado en leche. Mezclamos todo bien<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Con las palmas de las manos humedecidas cogemos porciones de carne y les damos forma de bola y las aplanamos un poco.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Las vamos friendo en aceite de oliva virgen hasta que est\u00e9n bien doradas, las sacamos y dejamos sobre papel de cocina.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Pode\u00eds acompa\u00f1arlas con patatas fritas, pur\u00e9 de patatas o con la coleslaw.
