Aqu\u00ed ten\u00e9is la aut\u00e9ntica receta de la <i>Apple pie<\/i> americana. <span style=\"color: #222222;\">Bon App\u00e9tit!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">2 l\u00e1minas de masa quebrada redonda para tartas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7-8 manzanas peque\u00f1as <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i>Granny Smith<\/i><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">, peladas<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">100 gr de mantequilla<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">3 cucharadas de harina<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">60 ml de agua<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">100 gr de az\u00facar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">110 gr de az\u00facar moreno<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">1 cucharadita de canela molida<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">1\/4 de cucharadita de nuez moscada molida<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\"><b>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Pela las manzanas, c\u00f3rtalas por la mitad, qu\u00edtales el coraz\u00f3n y p\u00edcalas en rodajas. Res\u00e9rvalas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Precalienta el horno a 220 \u00baC con calor por arriba y por abajo. Prepara un molde redondo para tartas y engr\u00e1salo con mantequilla derretida o espray desmoldante.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">En una cazuela mediana a fuego medio, derrite la mantequilla. Cuando empiece a chisporrotear, incorpora las 3 cucharadas de harina y revuelve bien para que se incorpore y se empiece a formar una pasta.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">En ese momento, a\u00f1ade el agua, los dos tipos de az\u00facar, la canela en polvo, la nuez moscada y el extracto de vainilla. Sigue removi\u00e9ndolo todo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Ll\u00e9valo a ebullici\u00f3n, despu\u00e9s reduce el fuego y tenlo 1 minuto m\u00e1s. Ret\u00edralo del fuego.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\"> Incorpora las rodajas de manzana y revu\u00e9lvelo bien.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Forra el molde redondo con una l\u00e1mina de masa quebrada, cubriendo por completo la base y tapando tambi\u00e9n las paredes. Vierte el relleno con las manzanas hasta llenar por completo el molde.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Corta la otra l\u00e1mina de masa en tiras de unos 3 o 4 cm de ancho. Cubre el molde con las tiras formando una rejilla.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Cubre la tarta con una hoja de papel de aluminio e introd\u00facelo en la parte central del horno.
