Incorporar los huevos, la sal y la mantequilla derretida y remover.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Dejar que la mezcla repose y se enfr\u00ede durante 30 minutos. Hacer seguidamente los crepes en una sart\u00e9n. Estos deber\u00e1n ser peque\u00f1os y finos. Dorar solamente por una cara.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sofre\u00edr un poco de harina con mantequilla en una sart\u00e9n. Incorporar el jugo y la nata sin dejar de remover y dejar cocer a fuego lento durante algunos minutos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">A\u00f1adir las gambas y calentar todo sin que rompa a hervir. Para finalizar a\u00f1adir el eneldo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Repartir la mezcla sobre los creps y enrollarlos con la parte dorada en el exterior.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Colocarlos en una fuente resistente al calor y espolvorear con queso rallado.
