Lo rehogamos todo en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite de oliva virgen extra.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Incorporamos la pimienta, un poco de azafr\u00e1n y \u00bc kr de tomates maduros.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Retiramos del fuego, lo trituramos todo y reservamos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Pelamos \u00bc kr de quisquilla roja y limpiamos 1 kg de pescado de roca.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Ponemos cabezas y las espinas en una olla con agua para hacer 2 litro de caldo de pescado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Colamos el caldo y lo utilizamos para cocer 400 g de arroz bomba dejandolo cocer a fuego medio durante 15 minutos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Transcurrido ese intervalo de tiempo a\u00f1adimos el pescado, las quisquillas y el majado triturado, y dejamos cocer 5 min m\u00e1s.
