{"id":3736,"date":"2020-12-25T10:00:02","date_gmt":"2020-12-25T08:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ventajon.com\/blog\/?p=3736"},"modified":"2023-01-12T13:04:54","modified_gmt":"2023-01-12T11:04:54","slug":"recetas-de-una-millenial-tamales-navidenos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ventajon.com\/blog\/recetas-de-una-millenial-tamales-navidenos\/","title":{"rendered":"RECETAS DE UNA MILLENIAL : TAMALES NAVIDE\u00d1OS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En <\/span>M\u00e9xico <span style=\"color: #000000;\">y gran parte de <\/span>sudam\u00e9rica <span style=\"color: #000000;\">el men\u00fa navide\u00f1o es muy diferente, all\u00ed hacen Tamales navide\u00f1os acompa\u00f1ados de deliciosas salsas<\/span>. \u00bf<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Quieres probarlos? <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">3 tazas de ma\u00edz tierno rallado o molido<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">350 gr. de carne magra de cerdo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cebolla<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">5 dientes de ajo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">pimienta<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">piment\u00f3n dulce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">aceite de oliva<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">sal y unas hojas de la mazorca del ma\u00edz.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Cortamos la carne de cerdo en trozos peque\u00f1os.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Picamos los ajos y la cebolla finitos y los sofre\u00edmos en una sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">A\u00f1adimos despu\u00e9s la carne de cerdo hasta que est\u00e9 dorada. Entonces salpimentamos al gusto y ponemos media cucharadita de piment\u00f3n. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Por \u00faltimo, incorporamos el ma\u00edz rallado y mezclamos bien todos los ingredientes.
