Esta semana un cl\u00e1sico, \u00bfos atrev\u00e9is con un <b>pollo en pepitoria<\/b>?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 pollo troceado <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cebollas <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Dientes de ajo (2)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2 huevos <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">50 g de almendras crudas y peladas <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">150 ml de aceite de oliva <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">750 ml de caldo de ave <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">200 ml de vino blanco seco <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 hoja de laurel <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Unas hebras de azafr\u00e1n <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Pimienta <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sal<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Cuece los huevos en agua con un poco de vinagre durante 10 minutos. Enfriarlos y p\u00e9lalos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Pela la cebolla y los dientes de ajo. Pica la cebolla.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Salpimenta el pollo. Calienta el aceite en una cacerola y dorar los trozos de pollo por todos los lados.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">En el mismo aceite, fr\u00ede la cebolla picada y los dientes de ajo enteros.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Retira el ajo, ponlo en el mortero con la mitad de las almendras, las yemas de los huevos cocidos, el azafr\u00e1n, pimienta y sal. Mezclar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Incorporar de nuevo a la cacerola los trozos de pollo junto a lo mezclado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">A\u00f1ade el caldo, el vino y la hoja de laurel. Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n, tapa la cacerola y deja cocer a fuego suave durante 30 minutos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Saca el pollo y pasa la salsa por el pasa pur\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Tosta las almendras restantes en una sart\u00e9n sin grasa o en el horno.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sirve el pollo con la salsa y reparte por encima las almendras tostadas. \u00a1RIQU\u00cdSIMO!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta semana seguimos con el mood cuesta de enero, con recetas econ\u00f3micas.
