Apetece algo calentito y tradicional. \u00bfOs gusta el cordero?\u00a1 Probad esta caldereta de cordero para los d\u00edas m\u00e1s fr\u00edos! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 kg de cordero <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sal00<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Aceite de oliva virgen<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cebolla grande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 pimiento rojo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Pan duro<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bd litro de vino blanco seco<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Pimienta negra en grano<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Piment\u00f3n dulce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2 hojas de laurel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Agua<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Perejil fresco<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Troceamos 1 kg de cordero y os sazonamos. Calentamos aceite de oliva virgen extra en una olla y fre\u00edmos el cordero. Reservamos. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Picamos una cebolla grande y un pimiento rojo. Los sofre\u00edmos en el mismo aceite y retiramos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Tostamos un trozo de pan duro y lo retiramos del aceite.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Volvemos a colocar e cordero en la olla y lo cubrimos con \u00bd litro de vino blanco seco. Lo cocemos y condimentamos con pimienta negra en grano, piment\u00f3n de la Vera y 2 hojas de laurel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Cuando se evapore el vino, incorporamos la cebolla y el pimiento. Cubrimos todos los ingredientes con agua y dejamos hervir durante 40 minutos a fuego suave.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Mientras, majamos el pan en un mortero y lo a\u00f1adimos al guiso dej\u00e1ndolo hervir 5 minutos m\u00e1s.
