Hoy un especial \u201cfinal de mes\u201d, pero sin renunciar a comer genial y disfrutar, muy a lo millenial. <\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">320 gr de arroz Carnaroli<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">120 gr de habas frescas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bc kg de cebollitas francesas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00bc kg de pimiento de guernica o pimientos verdes <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2 alcachofas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 litro de caldo de verduras<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Azafr\u00e1n<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/span><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Ponemos al fuego una olla llena de agua. Cuando hierva, blanqueamos los habas 5 minutos. Reservamos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Pelamos las cebollitas y las cortamos por la mitad. Limpiamos las alcachofas y las cortamos en cuartos. Rehogamos los dos ingredientes en una sart\u00e9n grande con un chorro de aceite durante unos 10 minutos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">A\u00f1adimos el arroz y el azafr\u00e1n. Mezclamos bien y vertemos el caldo.
