Un pastel de queso al anacardo, sin horno y \u00a1SIN QUESO! <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredientes para la base:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">200 gr de d\u00e1tiles blandos<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">100 gr de almendras molidas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cucharaditas de jarabe de d\u00e1tiles<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">25 gr de chocolate negro, rallado<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredientes para el relleno:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">250 gr de anacardos crudos, remojados toda la noche.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">El zumo de 4 limones<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">100 gr de aceite de coco, derretido<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">100 gr de miel cruda<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">100 gr de frambuesas y un poco m\u00e1s para decorar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">100 gr de remolacha, pelada y cocida <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Para elaborar la base, pique finamente los d\u00e1tiles y m\u00e9zclalos con las almendras, el jarabe de d\u00e1tiles y el chocolate. Forre un molde de 24 cm para tartas con papel de horno y aprieta la mezcla por el fondo. Trit\u00farelo todo hasta dejarlo muy suave. Con una batidora potente lograr\u00e1 una textura m\u00e1s fina.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Divida la mezcla en 3. Triture un tercio con las frambuesas, otro con la remolacha y deje el otro tal cual.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Coloque en capas los 3 pur\u00e9s de colores sobre la base (tambi\u00e9n puede hacer un remolino con ellos). M\u00e9talo en el congelador para que se asiente.
