Adem\u00e1s con la tem\u00e1tica vaguinchi de este mes a nadie le va a dar pereza hacerla. \u00bfFan de la pasta? \u00a1ESTA ES TU RECETA! <\/span><\/p>\n<h6 align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredientes :<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">400 g de espaguetis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">500 g de almejas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">1 cebolla<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">1 vasito de vino blanco<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">250 ml de nata l\u00edquida o leche evaporada<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Perejil fresco<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Sal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Pimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Lavamos muy bien las almejas, enjuag\u00e1ndolas en agua fr\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">En una cazuela ponemos un poco de aceite de oliva virgen extra y pochamos a fuego muy suave la cebolla picada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Cuando comience a dorarse, incorporamos las almejas y el vino, vamos sacando las almejas conforme se vayan abriendo, para que queden jugosas. Si alguna almeja no se abriera, la desech\u00e1is.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Reservamos las almejas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">A la cebolla y el l\u00edquido que queda en la cazuela, le a\u00f1adimos la nata, un poco de sal, de pimienta y de perejil picado. Dejamos cocinar unos minutos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Mientras vamos preparando la salsa cocemos la pasta en abundante agua hirviendo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Incorporamos la pasta escurrida a la salsa de nata y vino blanco y removemos bien en la sart\u00e9n para que se mezclen los sabores.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">A\u00f1adimos tambi\u00e9n las almejas y mezclamos.
