La sopa de miso es una de las m\u00e1s famosas de Jap\u00f3n y es que aporta una gran cantidad de \u00a1\u00a1 prote\u00ednas y carbohidratos!! \u00bfUna sopa de miso? <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredientes :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">800 ml de caldo dashi (puedes encontrarlo en un supermercado asi\u00e1tico)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">10 g de alga wakame disecada<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">60 ml (unas 4 cucharadas soperas) de pasta de miso blanco<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">150 g de tofu blando<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">1-2 cebollas tiernas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Fideos soba (opcional)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Cortamos el tofu en dados peque\u00f1os de 1 cm aproximadamente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Ponemos el caldo Dashi a fuego lento, reservando una parte en un cuenco donde disolveremos la pasta de miso.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Una vez disuelto a\u00f1adimos al caldo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">Incorporamos el alga wakame y cocemos a fuego lento durante 1 o 2 minutos, hasta que se hidrate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">A\u00f1adimos los dados de tofu y seguimos calentando durante 1 minuto m\u00e1s.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El miso, es un condimento propio de la cocina japonesa, se trata de una pasta fermentada a base de semillas de soja y sal y se emplea sobretodo para hacer sopas.
