En nada empieza el veranito, es mi \u00e9poca favorita del a\u00f1o. \u00bfY la vuestra?<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Este mes he decidido hacerle un homenaje a Suecia, nos vamos a centrar en recetas t\u00edpicas del pa\u00eds. Esta vez es una receta super sencilla de hacer, para un d\u00eda que tengas prisa, pero quieras comer como un se\u00f1or. \u00a1Un revoltijo del abuelo!<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">18-20 filetes de anchoa \u201cansjovis\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cebolla amarilla grande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">4 huevos duros<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cucharadas de mantequilla<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cucharadas de perejil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sal y pimienta<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Cortar en dados peque\u00f1os las anchoas, la cebolla y los huevos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sofre\u00edr la cebolla con aceite hasta que se ablande y a continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adir las anchoas y los huevos. Calentar la mezcla a fuego vivo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Corregir el punto de sal y pimienta. Espolvorear con el perejil picado y servir inmediatamente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">El sabor de este plato se realza acompa\u00f1ado de pan moreno y un vaso de cerveza.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a1Por fin es junio!
