Hoy vamos a apostar por su versi\u00f3n Vegetariana. \u00bfOs apetece?<\/span><\/p>\n<h6 align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">60 gr taza de guisantes congelados <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">80 gr taza de ma\u00edz congelado <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 cebolla troceada<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 zanahoria troceada<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 pimiento rojo troceado<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">40 gr col rizada <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">400 g de garbanzos de bote o cocinados<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cucharadita az\u00facar integral o de coco<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cucharada de or\u00e9gano<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cucharadita de sal marina<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Pimienta negra molida al gusto<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">180 gr taza y media de harina de avena<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Cocinamos los guisantes y el ma\u00edz congelado siguiendo las instrucciones del paquete.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Echamos el aceite en una sart\u00e9n y salteamos a fuego medio-alto la cebolla, la zanahoria, el pimiento rojo y la col rizada durante unos 5 o 10 minutos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'Roboto Serif';\">En una<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ventajon.com\/tiendas-online\/products\/ventajon\/batidora-de-mano-multifuncion-cecotec-gear-pro-4065-1500w?product_id=12003\"> picadora<\/a> echamos los garbanzos, los guisantes, el ma\u00edz, las verduras salteadas y el resto de ingredientes salvo la harina de avena.
