Cubre una fuente de horno con papel para hornear.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Bate los huevos y el az\u00facar hasta obtener una mezcla ligera y esponjosa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Mezcla la harina y la levadura. A\u00f1\u00e1delas con cuidado a la mezcla de huevo sin dejar de remover y a\u00f1ade la leche. Remueve hasta obtener una mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Extiende la mezcla por la fuente del horno. Hornea inmediatamente en la parte inferior del horno durante unos 5 min.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Espolvorea un poco de az\u00facar sobre el bizcocho, s\u00e1calo r\u00e1pidamente y ponlo sobre un pa\u00f1o o papel de horno. Si el papel no se suelta, fr\u00f3talo con un poco de agua fr\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Extiende el relleno (mermelada o pulpa de fruta) sobre el bizcocho caliente, enrollalo y deja la uni\u00f3n en la parte de abajo.
