Te traigo una receta f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pida de tiramis\u00fa para que disfrutes, solo o en compa\u00f1\u00eda, de esta elaboraci\u00f3n cremosa y arom\u00e1tica a partes iguales.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ingredientes (4 raciones)<\/strong>:<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">250 g mascarpone (1 tarrina)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 chupito Amaretto<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Palitos bizcocho duro azucarados (los t\u00edpicos del tiramis\u00fa)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 caf\u00e9 expresso<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">250 ml leche fr\u00eda<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">3 cucharadas das az\u00facar moreno (o m\u00e1s, al gusto)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Cacao para espolvorear<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">En un recipiente plano, vertemos el caf\u00e9 expresso, 125 ml de leche y el chupito (o chorrito) de licor Amaretto.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">En un vaso, ponemos el az\u00facar y algunas cucharadas de leche que lo cubra. Pondremos en el microondas unos segundos para disolver luego el az\u00facar con una cuchara.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">En un bol, vertemos el mascarpone, el az\u00facar disuelto y 125 ml de leche fr\u00eda. Mezclamos bien todo hasta tener una textura cremosa. Si vemos que est\u00e1 a\u00fan demasiado s\u00f3lida, echar un poco m\u00e1s de leche. Pensad que luego en el frigor\u00edfico se solidifica un poco. Probar a ver si est\u00e1 a gusto de az\u00facar.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Mojamos los palitos en la mezcla de caf\u00e9 y licor. Empapamos bien hasta que absorban un poco y se reblandezcan. Cuidado a que no absorban demasiado. Es normal que sigan un poco duros, luego con la mezcla del mascarpone y el reposo se ponen blandos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Preparamos 4 vasos o un recipiente para construir el tiramis\u00fa: una capa de mascarpone, otra de bizcocho (si es en vaso, a trozos), otra de mascarpone y as\u00ed hasta casi cubrir todo el recipiente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Espolvorear con cacao y dejar en la nevera cubierto con papel film de pl\u00e1stico una horas (3-4h) para que se enfr\u00ede y se solidifique bien. Tambi\u00e9n se puede comer al momento pero no es lo mismo, ya que el bizcocho a\u00fan seguir\u00e1 duro y la mezcla tibia.
