Ralla un poco de piel de naranja y a\u00f1ade el ajo, el tomillo y el comino al gusto. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2) Mezclar y dejar reposar 15 minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">3) Corta el pimiento en trozos peque\u00f1os y reservar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">4) Espolvorea la Maizena sobre el pollo y dorar en una sart\u00e9n con un poco de aceite a temperatura fuerte. Retira y, en el mismo aceite, fr\u00ede los pimientos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">5) A\u00f1ade de nuevo el pollo, verter el vino y dejar reducir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">6) Mezcla en un cuenco el zumo de una naranja, la soja, la mostaza, la miel, la salsa Perrins y el caldo. Corta en rodajas finas la otra naranja y a\u00f1ade todo a al pollo.
