Solomillo al g\u00fcisqui y \u00a1ol\u00e9!<\/span><\/p>\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 solomillo de cerdo<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">4 dientes de ajo<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">200g de g\u00fcisqui<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">200g caldo de pollo<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cucharadas zumo de lim\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">30g mantequilla o margarina<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1\/2 cucharadita comino molido<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sal<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Pimienta negra<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1) Pica los dientes de ajo en trocitos muy peque\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2) Marca los medallones por ambas caras. De esta manera, sella el exterior y los jugos quedan atrapados en su interior. Retira del fuego y reserva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">3) En el mismo aceite donde has marcado los medallones, fr\u00ede los dientes de ajo picados a fuego bajo hasta que comiencen a tomar un bonito color dorado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">4) A\u00f1ade el g\u00fcisqui y a fuego fuerte deja que evapore el alcohol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">5) Vierte el caldo, el zumo de lim\u00f3n, la mantequilla o margarina y el comino.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">6) Una vez rompa a hervir, dejamos cocinar a fuego suave durante 5 minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Si lo deseas, acompa\u00f1a el solomillo al g\u00fcisqui de patatas fritas y pan.
