Agrega la nata.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Mezcla la harina con la levadura y la sal y la a\u00f1adimos poco a poco tamiz\u00e1ndola con un colador a la masa l\u00edquida de huevos y nata. Por \u00faltimo, a\u00f1ade la mantequilla fundida y mezcla hasta que te quede una masa suave y homog\u00e9nea.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Echa esta mezcla en un molde redondo desmontable, cubierto de papel antiadherente, y hornea a unos 170 grados durante 30 minutos o hasta que el centro del bizcocho est\u00e9 firme.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Tuesta las almendras ligeramente en una sart\u00e9n y las mezclas con los dem\u00e1s ingredientes. Pon esta masa en una cacerola antiadherente y remueve hasta que la mezcla comience a hervir. Fuera del fuego, mezclamos de nuevo. Extiende la cobertura sobre el bizcocho.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Hornea el pastel de nuevo a unos 180 grados durante 5-10 minutos, esta vez s\u00f3lo por la parte superior, para evitar que la parte inferior de la tarta se queme. La cobertura de almendras debe quedar ligeramente tostada.
