Pollo con mostaza al vino blanco, al rescate para olvidar la tristeza del t\u00e1per.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ingredientes ( para dos personas):<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">300 gr de pollo deshuesado<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Calabac\u00edn,\u00bd<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 Cebolla tierna<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">100 ml de Vino blanco<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"> 1 cucharada sopera de\u00a0 Aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cucharada sopera de mantequilla<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Una\u00a0 cucharada sopera de mostaza<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Una cucharada de queso para\u00a0untar<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Nata l\u00edquida, 3 cucharadas soperas<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sal<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Pimienta<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Cayena molida, opcional<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Champi\u00f1ones al gusto<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Lava el calabac\u00edn, pela la cebolla y los troceamos lo m\u00e1s finamente que puedas.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">En una sart\u00e9n pon a calentar el aceite de oliva virgen extra y la mantequilla a fuego medio-alto. Corta el pollo en trozos de bocado, los salpimentamos al gusto y los echamos en la sart\u00e9n cuando se haya fundido la mantequilla. Los dejamos que se doren durante un par de minutos, d\u00e1ndoles la vuelta para que tomen color por todas partes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">A\u00f1ade el calabac\u00edn y la cebolla troceados, sala ligeramente sobre ellos, sube el fuego , salteamos un minuto, a\u00f1adimos el vino blanco y lo dejamos reducir sin bajar el fuego durante 2 o 3 minutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Baja el fuego y a\u00f1ade la crema de queso para untar, la mostaza y la nata.
