Potencia y sabor al servicio de cada comensal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1.5 Kg de Dorada<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2 Kg de Sal gorda<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Para la salsa<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2 decilitros de Aceite de oliva<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">2 ud de Dientes de ajo<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Vinagre de Jerez<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cc de Perejil fresco picado<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/span><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Limpia el pescado, dejando las escamas.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Cubre una fuente de horno con una capa espesa de sal.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Coloca encima el pescado y cubre completamente con el resto de la sal, que se habr\u00e1 humedecido un poco con agua.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">El conjunto debe quedar bien sellado para que no se escapen los aromas del pescado durante la cocci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Mete en el horno ya caliente durante 30 minutos a 240\u00baC. Pasado este tiempo, la costra se habr\u00e1 solidificado.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Para servir el pescado, rompe la costra con cuidado para que no se rompa la dorada.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Sirve sin espinas y sin piel.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Para la salsa:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Filetea los ajos, d\u00f3ralos con el aceite y retira del fuego.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">A\u00f1ade vinagre y perejil.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">En cuanto a la guarnici\u00f3n, tienes un gran abanico de posibilidades para acompa\u00f1ar esta dorada a la sal.
