Para ello, pon en un bol los ingredientes secos: harina tamizada, el az\u00facar moreno, el bicarbonato, la canela en polvo, el jengibre y una pizca de sal. Mezcla todo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, bate el huevo y a\u00f1\u00e1delo al bol. Deja reposar la masa en el frigor\u00edfico al menos 1 hora.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Pasado este tiempo, espolvorea un poco de harina en una superficie lisa y coloca la masa encima. Estira la masa con un rodillo hasta que tenga medio cent\u00edmetro de espesor.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Corta la masa con moldes de dibujos navide\u00f1os y col\u00f3calos sobre una bandeja con papel de horno.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: 'Roboto Serif'; font-size: 12pt;\">Hornea las galletas a 180\u00baC durante 15 o 20 minutos hasta que empiecen a dorarse.
