La primera, balasana, es primordialmente de relajaci\u00f3n: la columna hay que doblarla hacia delante 110 grados, lo que proporciona un excelente estiramiento. La otra opci\u00f3n del d\u00eda es la plancha para fortalecer brazos, mu\u00f1ecas y columna adem\u00e1s de tonificar el abdomen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Balsana.
